Would you like to work in a highly dynamic environment where IT meets business? We are seeking an Application IT Manager + Java to join our Banking Services team in Warsaw. In this role, you will manage and maintain our internal ATM software and support business teams as a technical expert. Join a team that values knowledge sharing, building expertise, and mastering technical skills. We work 60% of time onsite, 40% time remotely. 

What You Will Do

• •    Manage and maintain our internal ATM software, ensuring updates, stability, security and compliance with SIX policies and standards.
• •    Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on hardware and cloud environments.
• •    Troubleshooting and bug fixing
• •    Support internal business teams by translating business into technical requirements.
• •    Document, analyze, and optimize application performance to improve efficiency.
• •    Ensuring applications can accommodate growth by adding resources or adapting the architecture to meet increased demands.
• •    Create and maintain application documentation and reports.

What You Bring

• •    Java coding and code analyzing skills
• •    Proven experience in development and IT operations
• •    Proven experience in application management 
• •    Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance processes
• •    Experience with IT audit handling
• •    Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting expertise.
• •    Needed Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written)
