What You'Ll Do

• Partner with Operations and SHEQ Leadership within their region to drive cultural change and continuous improvement through the maintenance and execution of our DOT management systems
• Partner with the Corporate SHEQ to ensure programs and services meet the need of the Centuri Operating companies in their region
• Coordinates yearly DOT driver compliance evaluations and maintains the region’s DOT compliance
• Familiar with regulations and qualifications for CDL holders and CMV drivers
• Provide expertise and support to business units in their region on DOT compliance issues thru the DOT management systems
• Provide timely notifications to field operations of driver qualification status (i.e., expirations, incomplete information)
• Maintain an “Unqualified Driver” list and provide to SHEQ and Operations Management
• Upload documentation/information to data management systems as necessary for maintenance of DQ files
• Monitor both leading and lagging DOT compliance goals, metrics, and develop corrective action plans and strategies, as required
• Stay informed and connected internally and externally on matters that may impact aspects of the DOT compliance and DOT compliance management systems  

What You'Ll Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of DOT management systems (e.g. Lee Trans, Supervision, Samba, JJ Keller) a plus
• Ability to travel, as required

Work Environment

• Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
• Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice
• Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

• Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
