About The Role:
The FP&A Manager will serve as a key partner, supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance. This role, in partnership with the Director, FP&A, will own critical month-end processes, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership across all OLAPLEX sales channels.
Month-End & Reporting
- Lead the month-end close process for assigned areas, ensuring timely and accurate actuals with clear analysis of variances to budget, estimates, and prior year
- Own Gross-to-Net revenue management, partnering with Sales and Accounting to ensure accurate promotional accruals, improve forecasting, and identify efficiency opportunities
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, executive leadership, and audit committees, including channel performance and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze sell-thru vs. sell-in trends to connect retail demand with shipment results
- Maintain a full understanding of the P&L, linking sales performance, margin drivers, and operating expense
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the development of annual budgets (AOP), forecasts, and the Long-Range Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and market trends
- Monitor performance vs. plan, identify key drivers of variance, and challenge assumptions where appropriate
- Ensure on-time, accurate budget submissions and oversee estimate data in NetSuite and sales templates
Business Partnership
- Act as the primary finance partner for Sales, Demand Planning, and Accounting, providing insights that guide strategic and commercial decisions
- Facilitate monthly GTN meetings with Sales to track performance and refine commercial strategy
- Lead ROI and post-mortem reviews of major commercial initiatives
- Oversee Risks & Opportunities tracking through the IBP process with cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting processes, and audit compliance
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analytics within retail, DTC apparel, or ecommerce
- Proven financial modeling expertise and proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in integrating data from NetSuite, Shopify, and other analytics/reporting platforms
- Excellent ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Strong communicator with attention to detail and a strategic mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent launches, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated individual and eager to learn who is nimble and flexible to adapt to business needs
- NetSuite and Power Queries power user is a plus

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is XXX - XXX with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
