The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead Thrive’s growth in Texas by driving new partnerships and sales. This is a new, high-impact role, ideal for a mission-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in both relationship-building and strategic execution.
The Director will:- Build and grow Thrive’s presence in Texas by cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with schools, districts, and networks.- Own the full sales cycle in target regions, from prospecting to contracting.- Represent Thrive at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the state.- Collaborate closely with Thrive’s leadership team to align market growth strategies with organizational goals.- Provide feedback to inform Thrive’s service expansion and product development based on district needs.
Who You Are- Educator at heart, leader by experience. You’ve served as a school or district leader (principal, superintendent, senior admin, or similar) and know how to navigate K–12 systems.- Connector. You excel at building trust and cultivating long-standing relationships with education leaders.- Self-directed. You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and deliver results without needing close oversight.- Texas-based. You reside in Texas and are willing to travel frequently within target regions.- Mission-driven. You’re passionate about improving education for students with disabilities.
