Job Description
Overall Purpose Of The Job:
- Drive new business growth in all areas of Exponential-e's portfolio by developing and executing strategic plans within enterprise accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Exponential-e as a partner of choice for managed IT services, cloud, security, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage market insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams to shape tailored solutions and win high-value opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes for both clients and the business
Key Responsibilities For This Job:
- Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term business plans with clear KPIs to exceed margin, contract value, and revenue targets.
- Define target lists, prospect and qualify leads, conduct prospect meetings, negotiate, and close key new business deals.
- Build and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline (3x target coverage) and ensure accurate forecasting within +/- 10% through diligent Salesforce management.
- Develop strategy, produce win-plans, and execute on major deals, including quotations and responses to tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Provide a clear, structured go-to-market approach that maximizes business returns and identifies opportunities for strategic step-change revenue growth.
- Generate strong relationships with senior executives and build a sustainable network of contacts within assigned verticals and the broader market arena.
- Build and lead virtual teams in pursuit of major business opportunities.
- Develop deep knowledge of technology market factors, adoption, and trends within assigned verticals.
- Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member
Knowledge And Experience Required:
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex organisations with a strong understanding of professional services operating models
- Extensive experience within the Telecoms, Cloud, UC, or SI environment
- Experience in developing business in assigned industry verticals
- Strong understanding of technology application in the Hosting, SD-WAN, Cloud, UC and Voice arenas
- Proven track-record of achievement against sales targets
- Capability of building and leading a team of sales professionals
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
