Work Model:         Hybrid - 3 days in office and any key meetings

Introduction:

The AdTech practice collaborates closely with Credera’s established MarTech, Data, and Technology practices, as well as with Omnicom’s media, analytics, and creative teams. Together, we create integrated offerings that few consulting firms can match.

Job Description:

Credera is seeking an AdTech Consultant to join our growing Advertising & AdTech practice.  This role is designed for individuals passionate about helping brands, agencies, and platforms navigate the rapidly evolving AdTech landscape—spanning identity, privacy, AI, first-party data, and omnichannel activation.

You will bridge the worlds of management consulting, technology integration, and media execution by supporting clients in building strategies, implementing solutions, and unlocking the power of their data across platforms like Amazon Ads, AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, The Trade Desk, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Delivery & Advisory 
  • Work directly with clients to design and deliver AdTech strategies that connect data, technology, and media execution. 
  • Assess client AdTech maturity and develop actionable roadmaps for transformation. 
  • Provide expertise in identity resolution, consented data usage, and privacy-safe targeting approaches.
  • Technology Integration 
  • Support the implementation and configuration of leading AdTech solutions (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, Clean Rooms, etc.). 
  • Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to enable first-party data activation across digital platforms. 
  • Partner with Omnicom media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting and execution.
  • Ecosystem Partnerships 
  • Help maintain and grow Credera’s relationships with strategic partners such as Amazon Ads/AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, and other ecosystem leaders. 
  • Evaluate emerging AdTech platforms and recommend innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements:

  • Professional Background 
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Advertising, Strategy or equivalent work experience required. 
  • 3–7 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related consulting/agency roles. 
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs), identity solutions, data clean rooms, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure). 
  • Understanding first-party data activation, identity resolution, and privacy-safe targeting approaches. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, identity/addressability + first-party data onboarding/activation, targeting strategies, incrementality testing, MTA or other attribution frameworks, and DCO basics. 
  • Experience with strategy, activation, and/or measurement across: programmatic, CTV, display, social, and/or retail media. 
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations & the implications for data sharing and cross-platform activation and measurement + evolving signal loss strategies. 
  • Experience bridging marketing strategy with technical execution.
  • Platforms & Tools (High-Level Familiarity)  
  • Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) – The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon 
  • Walled Gardens – Meta, Google, Amazon  
  • Retail Media – Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel (Target), Kroger, or other  
  • Ad Servers – Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, Magnite, OpenX, etc.  
  • Measurement & Identity – GA4, IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify, LiveRamp  
  • Data Collaboration – AMC, ADH, AWS Clean Rooms, InfoSum, LiveRamp
  • Soft Skills 
  • Thought Leadership & Practice Development (Desired experience but not required)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex AdTech concepts for both business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings, with a track record of building trusted relationships. 
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with analysts through C-suite. 
  • Comfortable working across media agencies (OMD, PHD, Flywheel) and tech partners to orchestrate integrated solutions.  
  • Comfort in context switching and managing multiple workstreams. 
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and interest in mentoring others.
  • Contribute to Credera’s AdTech thought leadership through whitepapers, blog posts, and industry event participation. 
  • Support internal practice-building efforts, including knowledge management, methodology development, and mentoring of junior consultants.

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee.

  • Salary: An estimated base salary of $100K – 125K is anticipated for this role in the US.
