Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  • Lead internal and outsourced projects from initiation to operational transition
  • Establish and manage project governance, risks, and issue resolution
  • Optimize resource usage and apply effective project management practices
  • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Support enterprise IT portfolio management and project standards development
  • Provide transparent reporting on project performance and documentation
  • Own project status, risks, and escalation through governance channels
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies within project scope
  • Collaborate across DDIT functions, domains, and strategic suppliers
  • Facilitate smooth release planning and transition to operations

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Over 15 years of experience in industry, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments with senior-level interactions
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with regional and global stakeholders
  • Expertise in project methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, timelines, and complex change initiatives
  • Skilled in stakeholder analysis, planning, and aligning people and resources
  • Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and IT governance practices

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in Medical Affairs business domain
  • Strong background in change management and stakeholder contracting.
