As a Bill Validation Specialist, you’ll be part of a dynamic international team that ensures our clients are billed accurately and fairly—helping them make smarter decisions while supporting sustainability and cost-efficiency.

What You’Ll Do

• Validate energy invoices to ensure correct rates and consumption
• Analyze historical billing data and identify discrepancies
• Prepare internal quality reports to support accurate processing
• Log and resolve billing errors in our CRM system
• Communicate with internal teams (Hungary and abroad) and external stakeholders (suppliers, market operators, regulators) via email and phone
• Support service delivery and daily operations across the team
• Perform ad hoc billing analysis and administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured working style
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); other EU languages are a plus
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
• University degree preferred, ideally in a numerically focused field
• Customer service experience is an advantage
