Our Budapest office is a key part of that mission, and we’re looking for a Team Leader – Bill Validation to help us deliver exceptional service and data accuracy to our global clients.

Why This Role Matters

As part of our Global Data Management team, you’ll lead a group of specialists who ensure our clients are billed accurately for their energy usage. You’ll play a critical role in protecting client trust, resolving billing discrepancies, and driving operational excellence.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive Quality: Ensure accurate invoice validation and timely resolution of billing disputes
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Data Management and Key Account teams
• Support Growth: Oversee onboarding of new team members and customers
• Champion Excellence: Maintain service levels and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Develop Talent: Organize training and foster a culture of learning and accountability

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of experience in billing, data management, or energy services
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for developing people
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• A degree in a numerically focused field is preferred
