Job Description

Project Leadership:

• Lead the development of security and access systems, including alarms, immobilizers, and remote keyless entry.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet Quality, Cost and Time targets.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance on system design, architecture, and integration.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards and security protocols.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, validation & homologation teams.
• Liaise with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Testing And Validation:

• Oversee system testing, validation, and debugging to ensure robust performance.
• Monitor system integration to maintain compatibility with vehicle platforms.

Innovation:

• Drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies for enhanced product performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automotive security systems.

Team Management:

• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
