Job Description

  • Department: Group Compliance – Mobilize Financial Services
  • Reporting to: Group Compliance Manager

Mission Overview

As a Compliance Officer specializing in anti-corruption and ethical practices, you will be instrumental in ensuring the Group’s adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. You will lead initiatives to prevent unethical behavior, manage compliance risks, and foster a culture of integrity across all entities of Mobilize Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group’s anti-corruption and ethics framework, in line with applicable regulations (e.g., Sapin II Law, AFA guidelines)
  • Manage and monitor risks related to corruption and unethical practices
  • Develop and update non-compliance risk mappings in collaboration with business units Oversee the deployment and monitoring of the anti-corruption and ethics framework across the Group’s entities, ensuring alignment with Group standards and local regulations
  • Design and implement training programs and awareness campaigns on ethics and anti-corruption
  • Monitor and report key compliance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
  • Participate in the development and execution of the Group’s annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Conduct second-level compliance controls and follow up on remediation plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries to ensure consistent compliance practices across countries
  • Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of compliance-related committees (e.g., Compliance & Internal Control Committee, Board Risk Committee)
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from supervisory authorities and external auditors
  • Propose enhancements to existing compliance processes, tools, and documentation
  • Ensure alignment with Renault Group’s Ethics & Compliance standards

Required Profile

  • Master’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial or automotive sector
  • Strong knowledge of anti-corruption regulations and compliance frameworks (Sapin II, AFA, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficiency in compliance tools and reporting systems
