Join us as a Senior Project Analyst (Systems Project Manager)
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Systems Project Manager to join our Infomediary Systems team. You will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering on a variety of technical product initiatives. This position works closely with business/product experts, architects, vendors and application developers to conceptualize, develop and deliver projects and solutions. This role involves strong and active participation in team leadership, project and resource planning, and implementation.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate project communication – develop communication plans and execute them to keep all involved parties aligned (development teams, business teams, vendors, etc.)
- Identify and manage project risks
- Help define and maintain project roadmap, manage release plan and development priorities accordingly
- Facilitate collection of new business requirements and effort estimation for upcoming initiatives
- Maintain project tools and documentation traceability (tasks, delivery plan, scope changes, etc.)
- Work with business analysts, technical leaders, developers, architects, test leads towards providing efficient solutions which meet needs of the business
- Ensure SDLC methodology is followed for the project in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Manage project - plan, assign resources, coordinate project schedule and dependencies, track project status and drive it forward
- Tailor the process to meet projects needs and ensuring continuous process improvement

Desired Qualifications:
- Project Manager experience with waterfall and iterative projects
- Strong organizational, time management
- Experience with SDLC, must understand Unit Tests, DevOps, and Jenkins
- Ability to present to senior management on the status of the project and communicate efficiently within and outside the team
- Practical understanding in PM methodologies including waterfall and iterative approaches and ability to work in hybrid project model
- Ability to independently manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to handle multiple project streams within the team
- Provides project and release status to stakeholders
- Manage release timelines for Development, QA, UAT, and Production
- Identify issues and risks and proactively add to the iterative discussion
- Scrum experience/certification is nice to have
