Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our North America Payroll team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP platforms, Kronos, and Workday, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:

  • Compliance & Reporting:

  • Manage biweekly payroll cycles for U.S. employees.
  • Review and approve timecards.
  • Communicate with managers for timecard approvals and deadlines.
  • Pull hours and coordinate with IT for processing.
  • Open payroll tickets with ADP for U.S. and Canada.
  • Track time files to ensure accurate ADP processing.
  • Troubleshoot payroll errors during correction periods.
  • Update employee master data in ADP Global View.
  • Manage and resolve tickets in Workday.
  • Validate payroll reports including hours, net pay, and one-time payments.
  • Process historical corrections and garnishments.
  • Enter vacation payouts and audit one-time payments.
  • Resolve employee tax issues and ADP tax exceptions.
  • Provide reports to Benefits and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate relocation offsets and off-cycle payments with ADP.
  • Work with Finance on money wires and payment postings/reversals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with ADP Global View and Celergo platforms.
  • Proficiency in Kronos for Time & Attendance and Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in the U.S., ideally in the Philadelphia area.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
