Senior Manager, Digital Optimization

The Opportunity

• Reporting to the Director of Digital Optimization & Operations, you will develop strategies to increase sales & digital metric growth across our digital platforms by using multiple platform functionalities – including – A/B Testing, Ratings & Reviews, Search & Navigation, Granify, and other Optimization programs to deliver customer experience and conversion on our site and apps for QVC.

Your Impact

• Set vision and goals for team to lead optimizations within the QVC US business further.
• Partner with Analytics team to analyze reporting to identify performance trends and opportunities
• Analyze results for all platforms to increase conversion, sessions and engagement on our platforms.
• Identify opportunities & manage conversion driving programs for QVC's business.
• Bring the strategy for the Onsite Search and Navigation Program.
• Manage A/B Testing Program for QVC US Market.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of of A/B testing experience increasing responsibility and focus on analytics in a retail, hospitality, or ecommerce environment.
• 10+ years experience in Core and Targeted testing for digital platforms.
• 10+ progressive years leading multivariate testing for revenue growth or consumer engagement.
• 10+ years experience using analytics tools to guide digital strategy.
