Our customers are placing increasing value in the interoperability and networking of their systems. This results in the need for HPM solutions to be increasingly integrated into hospital networks and information systems. The Technical Consultant Network (TCN) is an expert for HPM Solution products, HPM network specifics, basic Integration and IT services.
Your Role:
- Consults with key clients to deeply understand their complex technical and business needs, delivering strategic recommendations that align with their long-term goals and requirements.
- Handles the development of comprehensive technical solutions, including detailed design documentation, system architectures, configuration plans, and rigorous testing procedures, working under general supervision.
- Delivers high-impact technical implementations by managing the entire lifecycle of solution deployment, from initial scoping to final integration and performance optimization.
- Determines the most suitable technical solutions by analyzing unique business, technical, and clinical requirements, ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Develops and executes advanced methodologies for continuous improvement of implementation processes and service offerings, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Enhances organizational knowledge by sharing insights, best practices, and repeatable processes across global teams, contributing to the collective learning and improvement of Philips’ service offerings.
- Ensures rigorous adherence to configuration management and version control protocols, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all technical deployments.
- Interacts effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, integrating client feedback into product and service enhancements for better alignment with customer needs.
- Prepares and presents detailed technical reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing a deep understanding of system performance, issue resolution, and future improvements.
- Provides expert mentorship and training to clients and internal team members, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively maintain and utilize their systems.
- Resolves high-complexity technical issues by performing advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics, offering proactive support to prevent future problems and ensure continuous system reliability.
You'Re The Right Fit If:
- Bachelor’s degree in a position relevant program (information technology, computer sciences or engineering).
- No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, gaining customer trust and advocacy.
- Ability to coordinate resources and tasks effectively, maximizing team focus on customer deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, face-to-face, and remote) tailored to diverse audiences from staff to leadership.
- Proven experience in hospital, technical, or customer service environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and resources without formal authority.
- Consistently delivers results with high customer satisfaction.
- Self-directed, punctual, and able to manage priorities efficiently.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills; adaptable to shifting demands.
- Outstanding customer service mindset with fluency in both local language and English.
