As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary contact for our clients, supporting them with the full range of technological security solutions. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, and identifying opportunities to bring added value through innovative ICT and integrated security systems.
This is a role for someone who thrives in consultative B2B sales, combining commercial drive with technical insight, and who is motivated to make an impact in a fast-evolving industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and client meetings to needs analysis, tailored proposals, and final negotiations.
- Develop strategic account and business plans to strengthen long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales.
- Map client infrastructures and workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies, or gaps, and propose optimized solutions using the Securitas Technology portfolio (ICT systems, video surveillance, access control, cybersecurity, networking, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants, project managers, and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Contribute actively to pipeline reviews and internal strategy discussions.
- Take ownership of KPIs, revenue targets, and contract renewals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in B2B consultative sales.

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in solution-based selling, ideally within the technology or services sector.
- Strong knowledge of ICT (servers, storage, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity) – brands like HP and Cisco are a plus.
- Experience with security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and brands like NEDAP, Axis, Milestone, Genetec highly valued.
- Skilled in translating complex technical solutions into clear, client-friendly language.
- Results-driven, dynamic, and an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills.
- Native-level French, with good command of Dutch and English.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of building long-term trust-based relationships.
