We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.

About The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated Investigations and Integrity Advisor to join our Employee Relations team. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you’ll play a key role in preventing, detecting and responding to integrity breaches including fraud, corruption, and misconduct.
You’ll lead investigations, provide expert advice and collaborate with stakeholders such as the Department of Transport and Planning. With access to sensitive systems and information, this role demands a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. About You
You’re a trusted and proactive professional with a strong sense of integrity and a passion for promoting ethical conduct. You bring experience in identifying and mitigating integrity risks, conducting investigations, and providing sound advice on complex matters. You’re confident working with sensitive information, engaging with stakeholders, and navigating regulatory frameworks.
Your communication skills are well-developed, and you’re comfortable delivering training and influencing positive change. You thrive in dynamic environments, work independently and are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
- Experience conducting investigations, audits, and inquiries into integrity breaches
- Strong knowledge of fraud, corruption, and misconduct prevention strategies
- Ability to provide authoritative advice on conflicts of interest, background checks, and related matters
- Skilled in analysing data and systems to detect vulnerabilities and risks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to deliver training and promote a culture of integrity
- Current driver licence and willingness to travel within the state
- This role requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance, reflecting the sensitive nature of the information and systems accessed.
