What You Will Do

  • Be the go-to expert for customer and business data within our ServiceNow platform, you’ll play a critical role in driving data quality, governance, and training across the organization

Y​Our Impact Will Include:

  • Owning and maintaining clean, accurate business data in ServiceNow
  • Developing and implementing governance processes to ensure long-term data quality
  • Collaborating with teams to standardize data processes and best practices
  • Designing and delivering user training for reporting and data use within ServiceNow
  • Validating data in UAT and production environments
  • Supporting the creation and review of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases
  • Onboarding & Supporting ServiceNow users as Subject Matter Expert
  • What You Will Learn  
  • In this role, you’ll gain deep insight into our Connected Aviation products and services, while developing hands-on expertise with ServiceNow administration, data management, and digital transformation best practices.
  • You’ll become a key voice in how data drives decisions across the business.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Prior experience with data analysis and/or data reporting

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior ServiceNow experience, including system administrator
  • Prior experience working with a digital technology workflow system, ie. Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with proven ability to identify and raise issues proactively

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
