About The Role

The Student Worker role supports general activities within the Nordic marketing team, working predominantly with content creation, digital marketing, strategy execution and working with agencies on delivery of content. The Student Worker role is a part-time role with approximate working hours of 20 hours per week. The role is fixed-term with a duration of 1 year (with a possibility for extension). 

Key Responsibilities

• Support with new product launches, e.g. managing artwork changes 
• Localization of digital marketing assets, e.g. YouTube films, banners, SoMe ads, print ads, E-Com  
• Maintenance and optimization of owned digital channels (Website, YouTube channel, Social Media) 
• Support in preparing internal and external presentations 
• Assisting with campaign execution and launch preparations 
• Administration support, e.g. translations, maintaining brand asset database, coordinating asset transfers between agencies 
• Support with consumer trends and make appropriate actions for change  

Qualifications And Skills

Essential

• Currently or recently enrolled as student in business, marketing or communication. Open to other disciplines with strong curiosity and interest in marketing/brand marketing 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills  
• Structured and ability to meet short deadlines 
• High ability to work with several projects simultaneously  
• Strategic and analytical skills  
• Comfortable working in remote teams 
• Fluency in at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and/or Swedish) and strong skills in English

Preferred

• Experience with content creation 
• Goal oriented, result driven & hands-on approach 
• Good grasp of new trends and consumer insights in FMCG  
• A plus if you have experience with digital and social media marketing   
• A plus if you like copy writing 
• Strong analytical skills, a plus if you are experienced with AC Nielsen
