Purpose of Role: The successful candidate will be trained to operate a Romer Absolute Arm for 3D scanning of components and will use PolyWorks software to compile dimensional inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Romer Absolute Arm to perform 3D scans of mechanical components. Process scan data and compile dimensional reports using PolyWorks software.
- Assist in quality inspections and fault analysis of precision parts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in measurement, accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure data integrity and process optimization.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education And Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum C average (60%) in university results.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Exposure to metrology, 3D scanning, or dimensional analysis (advantageous but not required).
