About The Role
The Program Manager for Old Navy Online pre-season work will oversee the business-as-usual preseason pipeline as we collaborate across teams to define and refine seasonal product strategies and customer experiences. This person manages a stable-but-flexible timeline encompassing multiple overlapping seasons and business goals. This person can prioritize and communicate effectively to ensure teams are set up for success. What You'Ll Do
- Manage all pre-season programs for the Old Navy Online (ONOL) team including Online Experience, Online Operations, Innovation and Platform Operations, and Program Management.
- Create a reliable presence of authority, accountability, and foresight over the pre-season work for the total online team through “playbook” or “toolkit” habits that embody consistency and efficacy in delivering results.
- Coordinate with pipeline stakeholders to calendar recurring seasonal milestones and deliverables, ensuring overlapping workload is considered and planned into. Proactively schedule more touchpoints rather than reactively schedule last minute, rushed work.
- Partner with the Product to Market (P2M) and Go to Market (G2M) teams to define ONOL participation in product and experience strategy projects through business-as-usual and ad-hoc milestones.
- Manage project meetings with clear agendas, develop presentation materials, coordinate with internal stakeholders on materials, and track decisions, outcomes, and follow-up action items.
- Act as key solution-finder for project-blockers and issues related to program engagement, timelines, and deliverables. Manage expectations with stakeholders as targets change. Respond, don’t react, to changing timelines as roadblocks arise.
- Maintain effective cross-functional partnerships with leads from Merchandising, Marketing, Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, Finance, Legal, Tech teams. Strive to gain confidence and trust through easy rapport and shared goals.
- Collaborate to define roles and responsibilities and secure alignment. Must be comfortable with conflict – acknowledge early and address candidly.
- Support and implement new process development for how the Online team plans programs and adapts to change while still being tasked with delivering programs on time.
- Create clear and effective project documentation to drive effective meetings and keep records. Confident in both collaborative, shared cloud tools (M365, AirTable, Sharepoint, Confluence, Miro) and Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Drive progress, not perfection while keeping the customer at the center of all decisions. Sweat the small stuff when it comes to customer experience.
- Embody the organization’s Values-Based Leadership Behaviors to ensure “how” we do our work is as important as “what” the work is
Who You Are
- Proactive. You do what you’re asked and proactively take action on the next step or two.
- Strong in stress. Your sense of urgency helps you guide others to prioritize and proceed calmly.
- Curious. You approach problems and roadblocks with excited curiosity. You enjoy deep diving, digging in, and working it out.
- Supportive. You are here to help, not win and can acknowledge challenges with vulnerability.
- You have 3+ years in ecommerce program management and experience in CPG, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or Apparel verticals.
