About The Role

Technical Business Analyst to support IT-related projects, our Customer App and Claims Management System. This role will work with and reports to the IT Project Manager, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are aligned with business objectives, and UAT is completed on time. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and experience in successfully leading IT projects.

Requirements & Analysis (30%)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial services is a plus.

Solution Review & Communication (30%)

• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Review UAT test cases and ensure UAT execution is on schedule.
• Track and communicate UAT defects between vendor and internal teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Experience working on .Net, Flutter, SQL project is a plus.

Project Support (20%)

• Report and update projects status to the Project Manager and other key forums.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project management standards.

Technical Expertise (20%)

• Provide insights on system integration and API usage
• Utilize SQL for data validation, analysis and troubleshooting
