What you’ll be doing

  • The Continuous Improvement Manager drives the improvement of processes and systems, as well as supports performance management in the Regions across Maersk Project Logistics (MPL) teams.
  • Drive process standardization and implementation of global changes in the MPL Regions, including anchoring, facilitating, and driving project prioritization and readiness together with MPL Leaders and their teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the subject matter expert (SME) network for platform improvement implementations, feedback from regional frontline teams and joint solution ideation
  • Supporting MPL regional managers to anchor and drive defined MPL projects for regional MPL across teams, as well as defining local KPIs and ensuring performance management cycles are in place and followed up across MPL teams.
  • Coordination and review of all MPL functional excellence activities and development of change management strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption in support to MPL leadership.
  • Process standardization across the MPL function, as well as driving the process adoption and ensuring stability in the MPL activities to deliver on MPL targets and improved customer experience are other areas of responsibility.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines for process improvements, as well as technical feasibility of proposed improvement initiatives.
