About The Opportunity:

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside is located in Chermside approximately 10km’s from the Brisbane CBD.   We are a leading acute tertiary hospital committed to delivering exceptional care.

We currently have a Cook / Food Services Assistant role available, join our Food Services Team on a casual basis.

Things That Work For Us:

• Previous experience in a Chef / Cook role with food services experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in food preparation, hygiene, and infection control principles.
• Basic computer literacy, using a range of online systems.
• Proven ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, weekends and nights included.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to a high level of patient centred care.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety and safe manual handling practices.
