  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Influence and support business transformation initiatives, including those driven by AI and digital innovation.
  • Lead talent management efforts including succession planning, performance enablement, and leadership development.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies that reflect the voice of the workforce and business priorities.
  • Lead change initiatives with empathy and clarity, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and leadership alignment.
  • Use data and analytics to assess organizational health and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into people practices in a responsible and human-centered way.
  • Educate and empower leaders and employees to embrace AI tools that enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Stay current on trends in AI, automation, and the future of work to inform HR strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or HR leadership role.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
  • Curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies, especially AI and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $105,100 - $195,200.
