We are seeking a strategic, creative, and delivery-focused Digital Product Manager to join our Auckland-based Digital team for a fixed term 12 month contract.

 In this highly influential role, you’ll drive the vision, strategy, and end-to-end delivery of our appliance user interfaces—treating them as complete digital products.  

You’ll be the voice of the customer, turning insights into beautiful, intuitive experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds. From interface design and smart ecosystem integration to continuous iteration, you’ll help define what our products feel like to use. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for appliance user interfaces.  
• Partner with UX, engineering, and product teams to deliver intuitive, on-brand experiences.  
• Lead the delivery of digital features via agile, iterative approaches—on time and on budget.  
• Ensure cohesive experiences across appliances, mobile apps, and connected ecosystems like SmartHQ.  
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and use data to guide improvements.  
• Advocate for the customer’s voice at every stage of the product lifecycle. 

Who You Are

You are an experienced Product Manager or Product Owner with a proven background in digital products, apps, SaaS, or connected devices. Skilled in Agile, Lean, and UX methodologies, you combine strategic thinking with delivery discipline.

You’re a strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams. Data-driven yet creative, you bring a user-first mindset to everything you do.
