JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for facilities maintenance.

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• •    Office areas
• •    Clean all  surfaces in offices, conference rooms and reception area
• •    Empty trash cans
• Kitchen:•    Empty trash cans•    Empty and clean coffee pots•    Load and empty dishwashers•    Clean all appliances•    Clean all surfaces in kitchen and dining area •    Replenish kitchen supplies
• Rest Rooms:•    Clean all surfaces•    Replenish supplies•    Empty trash cans
• Miscellaneous: •    Clean up after meetings and events•    Audio Visual Set-Up •    Water & maintain plants•    Assist with in-house photo shoots•    Change light bulbs/ballasts•    Perform light carpentry and plumbing •    Assemble and move furniture as needed •    Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental management standards
• KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• •    Capable of handling all maintenance equipment. Light carpentry and plumbing knowledge a plus.
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• •    High School diploma or Equivalent
• HOURS:     
• •    12:00 pm – 8:30 pm, Monday - Friday

A starting compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
