Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst - Vice President

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Candidate will collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure the appropriate integration of functions to meet the technical requirements of the Application. In driving this job duty, Candidate will identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Candidate will design, implement applications that adheres to the overall architecture decision using advanced application programing knowledge. Moreover, Candidate will resolve a variety of high-impact problems or projects through an in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes, taking into consideration industry standards. Candidate will create plans, test files, and scripts for application testing, ranging from unit to integration testing. As Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst, candidate will utilize his advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, debugging, and in implementing the functionality of the project. In addition to these, Candidate will resolve performance problems in the projects through in-depth system processes monitoring and tunning the system performance. Candidate will also develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Candidate will mentor mid-level developer, assign them day to day tasks, track their tasks and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of their code.

• Qualifications:
• Have strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in Java 11+, Spring boot framework
• Good understanding and knowledge about Object relational mapping (ORM), JPA, Hibernate and have hands on experience in creating data layer using Spring Data JPA
• Candidate should have fair knowledge about Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and related concepts. Should have experience in writing medium to complex SQL queries
• Expertise in Microservice architecture and design principles and have experience in Microservice development. Having experience working in converting Monolith application to microservice will be preferred
• Good knowledge about Kafka Core Concepts and components. Should have experience in connecting with Kafka topics to produce and consume messages
• Experience in Test driven development and should extensive knowledge in writing unit test cases using Junit framework and Rest Assured framework
• Experience in using one or more Application monitoring tools such as Kibana, Splunk, AppDynamics etc
• Strong Debugging skills and should have experience in using one or more debugging tools such as jstack, jmap, Jprofiler, VisualVM etc.
• Candidate should have fair knowledge about Devops concepts such CI/CD Automations, Dockers, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms

Additional Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’S Degree Preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
