As a Product Managment Support Specialist, you will work in close partnership with Product Managers (PM) to drive the execution of product strategies and ensure seamless coordination across various business functions. You will play a crucial role in supporting product launches, managing product data, and coordinating marketing and training activities that contribute to the success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Product Managers: Work closely with responsible PMs to support and execute activities as specified by product management.
Product Documentation & Launch: Assist with the creation and maintenance of user manuals, support product launches, coordinate internal product training sessions, and ensure up-to-date product-related data.
Marketing Material Support: Support and contribute to the development of product-specific marketing materials in alignment with strategic goals.
Reporting & Coordination: Create and enhance reports (including sales and KPIs), process price lists, and prepare or coordinate meetings and events. Drive progressive improvements in reporting quality and analytical depth.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing Communications and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects and initiatives.
Product Data Maintenance: Own the ongoing maintenance and integrity of product data; manage content within the product configurator and coordinate responses to customer-specific inquiries.
Analytical Ownership: Demonstrate strong analytical skills by developing new reports, conducting targeted analyses at both product and customer group levels, crafting price lists, and structuring price architectures.
Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects and activities involving other departments, such as Segment Marketing, and manage more complex, cross-departmental materials and tasks.

Bachelor'S Degree
Experience coordinating multifaceted projects and working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and other business areas.
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining and managing large sets of product-related data.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving requirements.

We Value:

Experience in a product support, product management, or business analysis role.
Familiarity with product data management tools and report generation (sales, KPIs, pricing).
Ability to coordinate product launches, training, and marketing activities across functions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
