Project Management Senior Specialist

Join our dynamic Hospitality division at Amadeus, where we drive customer onboarding for the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS) with precision and scalability. As a Project Management Senior Specialist, you’ll begin with PMO and governance responsibilities and evolve into specialized project management, with future opportunities in Test, Deployment, or Implementation.

Your Impact:

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and tools.
• Manage documentation, financial tracking, risk logs, and change controls.
• Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams including Test, Deployment, R&D, Product, Partners, and Customers.
• Support project meetings and ensure alignment across streams.
• Administer SharePoint and collaboration platforms.
• Develop training materials and promote best practices.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in project management or PMO roles.
• Experience in customer-facing roles on large projects.
• Familiarity with hospitality or complex implementation environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence; Power BI is a plus.
• PMP, ACP or similar certification is a bonus.
