Position Overview:
The Benefit Associate assists with benefits administration, communications, customer service, and reporting and analysis. In this role, you will support the Benefits team to help drive its strategy to align with our mission.
Your Impact:
Benefits Administration
- Support the administration of various benefit and work life programs – health, life, 401(k), work/life programs, and leave programs to include such things as new hire orientations, home benefit administration, annual enrollment activities, benefit survey and benchmarking support, research and resolution of integration issues, calculation of annual contributions.
- Assists with leave administration and job accommodation requests
- Leave Portal access and customer service support
- HR Acuity case management access for accommodations support – will include doing initial intake of cases
- Unscheduled leave and caretaking leave audits
Osha Logs
- Workers Compensation admin support
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives on as needed basis.
Communication Support
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and execution of the benefits communication strategy to include such things as securing meeting locations, maintaining calendar, setting up meetings, and acting as liaison with vendors.
- Responsible for maintenance of Benefit content on internal website.
Customer Service
- Act as primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and work with others on the team to ensure the answer provided is accurate and timely while providing the best possible customer service. This includes management of the Benefits mailbox and service tickets.
Reporting & Analysis Support
- Run periodic and ad hoc benefit reports.
- Assist with auditing reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with compilation of data for management reporting and participation in benefit surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of Human Resource experience, preferably in Benefits
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $63,000 - $95,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
