To proactively acquire new clients and develop, maintain and expand existing clients' portfolios by leveraging market leading lending solutions. This role entails the provision of holistic, and appropriate lending solutions that solve for the needs of high net worth, and high-income clients.

Are You Someone Who Can:

• Develop a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, competition and trends across the segment and develop products/services/solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide economic, technical and financial information and feasibility studies in support of credit proposals.
• Facilitate the protection and growth of the FNB market within the Agricultural Segment of the defined geographical area of responsibility.
• Identifies risk and opportunities through interaction with role players in the Agricultural Segment.
• Keeps abreast of Agriculture policies, legislation, strategies and initiatives, both in FNB as well as at a National and governmental levels.
• Knowledge of the critical financial success factors of agricultural enterprises.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (Honours Degree) in Agricultiral Economics
• 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment including Agriculture of which 2-3 ideally on junior management level
