This is primarily a remote role with the ability to attend in-person meetings as needed throughout the IL footprint of Advocate Health Care and the WI footprint of Aurora Health Care. $40.30 - $60.45Makes recommendations for the development, design, and roll out of programs and initiatives. Facilitates leadership development courses at all levels of the organization. Collaborates with leadership and subject matter experts to assess development needs and design programs. Provides effective project management support to deliver highly effective learning solutions that support the business strategies and objectives. Evaluates the impact of programming on learners, organizational resources and business outcomes.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborative partnerships with Program Managers across the spectrum of work related to Leadership Development
- Designing and developing impactful learning experiences for leaders at all levels and their teammates.
- Implementing best practices in facilitation methods to deliver diverse learning experiences
- Building learning and facilitation standards of excellence to be applied to all learning experiences within Leadership Development. Maintains and updates methodology, processes, data needed, analytic approach and tools.
- Curating internal and external resources for leaders to more effectively develop themselves and their teams
- Collaborates with learning technology experts to effectively leverage current technology, systems, tools and resources to develop, execute and facilitate learning
- Stays current with instructional design best practices and recommends innovative solutions that improve the learner experience.
- Provides effective project management support to deliver highly effective learning solutions that support the business strategies and objectives.
- Leads, plans and facilitates high complexity projects from ideation to delivery in an agile framework, with an emphasis on measurable, value add deliverables.
- Provides consultative and functional support to stakeholders within Talent & Culture, within HR, and within operational departments.
- Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess effectiveness, learning experience gaps, and recommends changes to positively impact the enterprise.
- Evaluates leadership development strategies and tactics to identify current challenges and opportunities for the future.
- Leverages organizational partnerships to assess learning data and metrics
- Develops recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implements when appropriate.
- Analyzing best practices and looking at innovative ways to deliver impactful and effective learning
Licensure, Registration, And/Or Certification Required:
- None Required.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in training and development or design of learning interventions.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of training concepts, practices and procedures related to adult learning.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Creative ability to develop class agendas, materials, and use a variety of resources in order to enhance the impact of training programs, as well as the ability to present them in an interesting and effective manner.
- Skills in measuring and evaluating training effectiveness, performing quality assessments and evaluating learning strategies.
- Utilizes group facilitation skills, including helping participants process complex ideas, surface concerns, own solutions and clarify implications to effectively manage group process and achieve specific outcomes.
- Effective critical and creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency and literacy in using the Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and other technology solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
