All About The Role:

  • We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial team player to lead and execute a strategic plan for the Builders channel and selected customers within the Kitchen Retail channel.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales Spain, you will join a fast-growing organization in the household appliances sector, taking on a role with significant autonomy and responsibility.


This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Trade Shopper Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service. You will also work closely with Sales Area Managers and Account Managers who will support your sales activities.
 

Location

  • The role is based in Alcobendas (Madrid).
  • Nationwide travel to visit customers, promoters, and other stakeholders is required.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Expand the reach and market share of the construction business channel by building strong relationships with key real estate stakeholders across the country.
  • Manage assigned accounts within the real estate market and selected KR channel customers, maintaining and strengthening business relationships to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Kitchen Retail channel to develop the construction channel.
  • Oversee product merchandising and ensure successful launches of new products.
  • Align product portfolio strategy with the Product Line team.
  • Negotiate annual contracts and commercial conditions with assigned accounts.
  • Define pricing and commercial strategy for the channel, aligned with Product Line and Electrolux’s overall strategy.
  • Continuously analyze the product range to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategy and execution for the channel.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing actions (e.g., promotions, pricing strategies).
  • Manage the annual budget (revenue, margins, sales expenses) and lead the forecasting process to ensure optimal inventory and stock management.
  • Monitor product shipments, ensure service quality, and manage financial outstanding issues.

Who You Are:

  • Solid experience in national key account management within a multinational environment.
  • University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong marketing acumen and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market with an established network in the segment.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of the real estate market and a nationwide network.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders in the construction industry, including architects, promoters, and real estate agents.
  • Strong marketing insights and proven negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory due to international reporting and ongoing alignment with headquarters).
