Are you graduating in Finance in winter/spring 2026 and looking to kick-start your career? We are seeking a Graduate Finance Analyst to join our Group Finance team at our headquarters in Sandefjord. In this role you will work in a team of experienced finance professionals, close to top-level decision makers. If you have an analytical mindset and are eager to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity to start your journey as a finance professional!

Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will take part in analysing Jotun Group’s financial performance and contribute to turning numbers into insights that support strategic decisions. You will gain exposure to international business operations and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

You will report to the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis and take part in the following:   

  • Analysing Jotun Group's financial performance across various dimensions including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Develop reports, memos, and presentations to key stakeholders, including Group Management and the Board of Directors
  • Develop and maintain financial models, metrics and reporting tools
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis 
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis 
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian both written and verbal  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

Personal Requirements

  • Able to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems 
  • Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way 
  • Highly organised and detail oriented 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic finance environment
