De Kleetlaan 5- 1831 Diegem, Belgium - KGSFor our growing Benelux team we are currently looking for Outside Sales Specialist, to take the responsibility for account management and sales of our Fire Products in the French speaking part of Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role you will be reporting into the Sales Director Fire Benelux – DACH.
Location: Ideally in Wallonia or Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing customer relationships and prospect new customers.
- Suggest new applications, adaptations, or modifications to existing product lines, to address specific customer system needs.
Tasks:
- Assist in planning and developing short and long-term sales and marketing strategy within territory, to achieve given turnover targets.
- Maintain contact with local authorities and approval agencies, such as architects, to get Kidde Global Solutions Fire products specified.
- Analyze customer and market needs, as well as competitors’ products and sales strategies, reporting promptly new developments to management.
- Participate in trade shows and organize seminars and product promotions.
- Follow up on product performance, identify and document difficulties and technical and application problems.
- Facilitate specific and regular customer product trainings to ensure proper understanding of Kidde Global Solutions Fire products equipment.
- Accompany installers and/or the technical support engineers on trouble-shooting assignments and call on end-users, when so requested, to take corrective action and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer marketing and product management suggestions for product development, to meet customer requirements.
Skills And Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree.
- Exposure to, or familiarity with fire alarm systems, Aspiration Smoke Detection Systems and physical security systems.
- Min. 5 years of proven track records in sales, preferably in B2B area.
- Fluent in French and good knowledge of English & Dutch in writing and speaking.
- Technical background combined with strong influencing skills.
- Ability to build own credibility and develop effective relationships at all levels.
