Core Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the marketing business and communications agenda as well as the collaboration with IP Partner
- Create overall vision and long-term strategic direction in partnership with the Head of Product and Project Lead Team
- As a member of the cross-functional lead team, ensure that the marketing agenda is integrated to the wider project team
- Play a huge role in shaping the portfolio and marketing strategy for coming years
- As functioning marketing team lead drive coordination and prioritization of all marketing tasks while setting the direction and aspiration for the team
- Support the marketing team through strategic and functional sparring on business case, assortment- and communications development ensuring a red thread from strategy to execution
- Lead and drive the commercial agenda in close collaboration with the Head of Product, IP partner and markets
- Drive select key marketing projects

Being a part of the IP Lead team, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating the best experiences for given IP fans. The Senior Marketing Manager will support of the Head of Product in ensuring that the overall strategy is supported across the assigned brands, setting the business targets and lead collaboration with internal and external partners
Do you have what it takes?
- Preferably a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a business or marketing-related field
- Extensive experience in marketing preferably in a global or regional role, business sense and a proven track record of communication development
- Experience in working with IP partners with ability to think strategically and convert strategy into action
- Collaboration, and Interpersonal Skills with a genuine desire to lead and inspire others. The ideal candidate will possess informal leadership qualities
- Results Oriented – Experienced in decision making, analytics, time management, and marketing innovation skills
- Consumer-centric with curiosity to try new things and evaluate business potential, turning findings into action
- Communication - Effective relationship builder and negotiator with demonstrated strong examples of collaboration and followership with a diverse group of team members and partners across multiple business areas, geographies and agency partners
