We are hiring an Implementation Executive within our SBS organization (South Region).
In this role as an Implementation Executive, you will be a member of the senior leadership team in the Small Business Services (South Region). This role will be responsible for the development and execution of Implementation strategies and initiatives that are aligned to the achievement of SBS strategic goals for growing the business, lowering cost of new client onboarding and improving the business operations.
This role reports to the VP/GM and is responsible for the division-wide implementation strategy including P&L influence of $116 million. As the Implementation Executive, you will be a Leader of Leaders supporting 2 people leaders and ~ 140 in directs across the various strategic locations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
- Leads, inspires and ensures appropriate associate ownership and accountability in a highly virtual and matrix-managed organization
- Responsible for leadership excellence which includes identifying key behaviors in incoming and internal talent to ensure success
- Holding each team member accountable for service excellence and course correcting as needed
- Leading all disciplines required to implement within their segment and preference will be given to
- those with HCM products and services and possesses an exceptional client service philosophy necessary to lead and implement these solutions
- Responsible for driving an effective project management approach across products and ADP business
- units. The Implementation leadership team ensures the development, communication, control and
- execution of project plans in a manner consistent with the framework of the One ADP solution
- delivery
- Drives associate engagement, retention, talent/career development and appropriate programs to
- support a virtual and matrix managed Implementation organization
- Responsible to ensure ADP's integrated workforce management solutions are implemented on time
- with the highest quality
- The Implementation VP is accountable for monthly forecasting and forecast achievement
- Leverages data to make strategic business decisions.
- Responsible for resources, activities and initiatives that will ensure resource optimization and goal achievement
- Establishes and communicates clearly defined management, goals and objectives, performance planning
- Manages and controls applicable expenses and budgets
- Responsible for Quality and First Year Retention
- Builds direct and regular proactive contact with clients
- Develops strong business relationships with high profile, high revenue clients to ensure a strong, long-term relationship with ADP
- Leads a comprehensive proactive client contact program to assess client satisfaction and the team's ability to deliver high-quality, concurrent, multi-solution implementations that support the overall client experience
- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes
- Responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, collaboration, and communication between Implementation and key channel partners
- Providing strategic oversight and direct involvement in maintaining effective business relationships with the aligned Senior Sales Leaders
- Continually cultivating and developing relationships that strive to drive healthy business submission facilitating clients to receive a stellar implementation experience
- Works with leadership team to develop rewards/recognition systems based on achievement of goals and implement associate engagement action plans
- Encourages, recognizes and rewards ongoing associate/leadership development
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- This position will sit in our Alpharetta, GA location only
- Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the local office and 2 days at home applies
- 12+ years in a service or implementation environment with hands on experience in management of service and operational teams
- Extensive experience in operations or process improvement, with in-depth knowledge of delivering a high-quality client experience
- Exhibits Leadership Excellence, including identifying successful behaviors, ensuring the right talent in the right roles and a strong eye for talent acquisition building successful teams and leaders
- Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, passion, professionalism, communication, and strategic business thinking
- Proven ability and experience to develop and executive strategic business strategies
- Ability to influence at all levels within a large matrixed organization
- A relationship builder who partners collaboratively internally and externally across all cross-functional partners to ensure we are providing the best client experience and are achieving our business objectives
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex based on audience and other requirements
- Travel will be required to either strategic location listed monthly as well as travel internationally to India and Philippines that this leader will support (once a year or every other year)
A college degree is preferred but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success

- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP Certification preferred, SHRM or CPP certification preferred
- Implementation experience a plus
