Roles And Responsibilities
1つ以上の人事オペレーション業務の実行を支援し、業務の優先順位付けや課題解決をリードする。
制度やポリシーに関する知識を活用し、運用面での実現可能性について制度・ポリシーの担当者へフィードバックを提供する。
日々の業務において、正確性・迅速性・品質を維持し、関連する法令、規制、Ge Healthcareのポリシーに準拠した運用を行う。
各種指標の管理、レビュー準備、災害復旧テストや年末業務の調整などを支援する。
業務処理手順に関する幅広い知識を習得し、業務を円滑に遂行する。
業務改善の機会を特定し、部門横断的なチームと連携して、無駄や手作業を削減し、グローバル標準に沿った運用へ整え、生産性を向上させる施策を実行する。
円滑な業務運営と従業員体験の向上を実現するため、採用チーム、制度企画チーム、Hrビジネスパートナーチームなどの各ステークホルダーと効果的なコミュニケーションを図る。
Workdayのシステムに関する知識を活かして、プロセス運用や監査対応をする。
社内チームやビジネスステークホルダーと協力し、業務上の課題を解決する。必要に応じてエスカレーションする。
中規模のプロジェクトに参加し、計画通りに進めるための実行支援や、スケジュール・進行方法の管理に貢献する。
社内外の顧客に対して、複雑な処理上の課題やエスカレーション対応を行いながら、「ベスト・イン・クラス」のカスタマーサービスの提供を推進する。
- Lead the execution of one or more HR Operations processes, providing input on work prioritization and assisting with issue resolution.
- Apply knowledge of plans and policies to support their implementation and provide feedback to owners on operational feasibility.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in daily operations, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory, legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements.
- Assist in tracking metrics, preparing for reviews, and coordinating activities such as disaster recovery testing and year-end processes.
- Develop broad knowledge of processing procedures to ensure successful execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement impactful changes that reduce waste, manual work, align with global standards and increase productivity
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Client Delivery to ensure smooth operations and better employee experience.
- Utilize Workday system knowledge to support business processes and audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in medium-sized projects, contributing to execution and ensuring adherence to timelines and methodologies.
- Resolve complex processing issues and escalations for internal and external customers while promoting “Best in Class” customer service
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese and English knowledge both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area
- All candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR operations or related work experience, ideally within a multinational organization
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency
