About The Department
Digital Assets Technology designs and delivers innovative digital experiences that drive business growth. The team works cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of design and development. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX/UI Manager to lead our user experience and interface design initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and usability of digital products, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences, and driving strategic design efforts that align with business goals.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM discipline preferred
- 8+ years of experience leading design teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Understanding of front-end frameworks and design integration.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
