We are seeking a data-driven strategist to join us as a Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will analyze key performance metrics, uncover insights, and design solutions that drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders—translating trends into actionable strategies, leading reviews, and shaping smarter decisions.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and adapt applications, reporting & analysis based on feedback
  • Update and maintain standard library of reporting & analysis for current and future business application
  • Using agile processes, take in reviewed work through work management tools
  • Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Extracts and interprets large scale data to answer ambiguous questions while working directly with personnel across the network
  • Proactively analyzes topics, identifies, and creates recommendations supported by facts to change behaviors, including specific

operational improvements to the team and the business in

General

• Clearly translates and communicates complex concepts into understandable, professional

Presentations

  • Consults, supports and informs leadership and/or customers using data driven insights
  • Collaborate with internal analytical teams to develop predictive solutions
  • Presents and delivers analytical value through business intelligence and collaboration
  • Networks by building relationships and consulting to bring solutions to life
  • Develop innovative solutions and insights from data that will allow C.H. Robinson to improve supply chain services
  • Advocate and build data-fueled products that help our global customers and partners improve business outcomes
  • Partners with internal departments to better understand drivers of trends and impact of business changes
  • Collaborates with leadership, develops, and maintains robust platform and lead optimization reporting and analytics
  • Assesses and reviews other team members work to ensure accuracy
  • Works with management to drive engagement, planning and decision making
  • Create, document, and maintain project related plans, process flows, and metrics
  • Communicate project progress and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables and escalate when needed quickly as necessary
  • Engage with the customer on identifying and prioritizing areas of analysis and opportunity globally
  • Serve as the primary contact for the customer account base, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and follow through on issues

until resolution to customer satisfaction

  • Clearly translates and communicates complex concepts into understandable, professional presentations
  • Demonstrate mastery on existing reports, and develops additional reports using business knowledge
  • Work closely with Reporting resources to build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis
  • Influences on other reports being built, may be a SME to help guide new report creation
  • Utilizes internal reporting, database querying, and applicable tools, such as Power BI and Tableau to develop processes to track and

analyze current focus areas

  • Promote and lead a positive working relationship for all team members
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirement

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 4+ years of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools, including, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL querying
  • Intermediate or expert understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation
  • Experience working with product teams in an iterative environment
  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
  • Positive, collaborative working style
  • Effective and flexible communication skills

Able to make recommendations, articulate analysis and field questions and/or pushback from key internal and external stakeholders

• Strong experience in developing and communicating business recommendations and insights in an easy-to-understand way, leveraging

data to tell a story

  • Sound business acumen, including financial measures and business impacts
  • Early adopter of new and emerging tools
  • Capable of creating professional, intuitive, and action-oriented reports
  • Creative thinker, solutions-oriented and visionary thought leader
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate, influence, and organize
  • Organized individual with strong self and project management disciplines, including the ability to facilitate and influence
  • Proven ability to think creatively to develop a data model or perspective to answer challenging business problems or scenarios
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge and practical application of a programming language such as Python and/or R
  • Logistics and supply chain experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present, influence, and consult with senior level stakeholders
