In this dynamic role, you partner closely with global and local stakeholders to deliver Best-in-Class HR operations, ensuring smooth processes that empower our people to deliver outstanding value to our customers. As Regional HR Business Partner, you

  • serve as a trusted HR advisor for leaders, translating strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives;
  • drive an inclusive, positive, and engaging workplace culture by strengthening employee relations and championing professional growth and development
  • proactively manage employee relations, address performance matters, and navigate workplace challenges with empathy and professionalism.;
  • oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring smooth and engaging experiences for employees;
  • partner with leaders to coach and guide them through employee relations topics, transformations and drive cross-functional objectives;
  • continuously enhance HR processes to optimize team and organizational effectiveness;
  • lead the Country Focus Group, bringing together local leadership to implement global and local people and culture initiatives, and enhance employee engagement including annual employee engagement survey follow-up;
  • contribute to implementation of global annual people processes as well as organizational change initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who

  • has extensive experience in employee relations and fostering employee engagement;
  • has strong knowledge of labor law with experience collaborating with unions and employee representatives across the Nordics;
  • brings expertise in aligning HR practices with business goals;
  • is skilled in project and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
  • thrives in a global, fast-paced environment and can effectively navigate in a matrix organization;
  • possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels;
  • approaches tasks thoughtfully and proactively, with strong skills in problem-solving and critical thinking;
  • is fluent in English and Finnish, with working knowledge of Swedish regarded as a strength;
  • has experience across the Nordics.

Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications is considered a strong asset.
