About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, SEO to build and own BioRender’s SEO strategy end-to-end. As our first SEO marketing hire, you’ll play a foundational role in driving non-branded, organic growth for our self-serve product by increasing high-intent traffic to our website and supporting the growth of our content assets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities, craft strategies, and execute hands-on SEO initiatives that directly impact user acquisition and revenue. You’re both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer - equally comfortable defining long-term vision, diving deep into data, and rolling up your sleeves to implement key tactics.

What You’Ll Be Doing

Lead the strategy and execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase self-serve conversions
Collaborate with content and product teams to create, manage, and optimize BioRender’s core website, content library, landing pages, blog posts, and other content assets
Conduct competitive analysis and track SEO performance to continuously improve rankings and discoverability
Manage and execute SEO experiments to test new approaches and inform strategy

What You Bring To The Table

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth in PLG or SaaS environments
Deep understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and key performance drivers
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior, with a clear understanding of what influences decision-making
Highly cross-functional and collaborative; you work well across Demand Generation, Content, Growth, Product Marketing, and Web teams
Proficiency using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
