About The Role

Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps production moving? We’re looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our processing team at our Kinglake West grading facility. This is an afternoon shift role, working 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, From working on the grading line to end-of-shift cleaning, this role is all about energy, consistency, and teamwork. If you like to keep moving, and want to be part of a supportive team, this could be your next opportunity. Training for this role will be conducted on the day shift before moving to the afternoon roster.

What You’Ll Do

• Carry out manual labour on the production line to keep operations flowing.
• Ensure all work complies with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Complete cleaning and reset duties after production.
• Support continuous improvement to help processes run more efficiently.
• Follow OHS&E procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

About You

Experience in food processing, production, or manual handling is an advantage, but what matters most is that you’re committed, adaptable, and willing to learn.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in production, processing, or manual handling (preferred).
• Reliability and availability Monday to Friday on the afternoon shift.
• Willingness to work in a dusty and physically demanding workplace.
