Branch Manager

I'm In the Right provides accident replacement vehicles for not at fault drivers. We're heavily focused on delivering exceptional customer service through the engagement of highly skilled and dedicated staff. Our mission is to be the best in the industry and we're currently looking for a Branch Manager to help take us and our Tingalpa (Brisbane) team to new heights.

About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time team member with a great attitude, an interest in cars and the ability to communicate with customers with professionalism and care and direct our team at our Tingalpa (Brisbane) location.

With no two days being the same, we're looking for a Branch Manager to join our Brisbane team based at Tingalpa to help ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and convenience, that our team have guidance, the fleet is well maintained and always customer ready.

Roles And Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager with I'm in the Right, you will provide guidance and direction for our existing team in Tingalpa and ensure that they are supported to complete their roles successfully.

you'll be responsible for driving to deliver and pick up our replacement vehicles for our customers and cleaning the vehicles ready for the next customer. You will also assist with collecting some basic customer information and hiring documentation and customer signatures along the way.

You will work with the team to ensure safe driving and branch practices, by assisting and ensuring that with the guidance from our fleet team that vehicles are serviced and roadworthy, and the branch environment is clean and safe from hazards.

You will arrange the vehicle and staff movements and co-ordinate with customers to confirm timing and expectations.

You will assist with the hiring, training and onboarding of new staff members in Tingalpa (Brisbane).

You Will Need:

• A current Unrestricted Australian Driver's licence.
• Provide us with a copy of your driving history, from your State Government body.
• Right to work full-time in Australia.
• Previous supervisor or management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills.
• A "Go Getter" attitude with an enthusiastic personality.
• An ability to work on your own, as well as in a team.
• The ability to use an iPad and other mobile devices.
• A commitment to high quality standards.
• Retail or Hospitality experience welcomed.
