- Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Enhance employee experience by streamlining workflows, improving access to tools, and evolving the employee portal.
- Serve as a strategic and hands-on technology leader focused on innovation, business alignment, and long-term growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance ERP modernization with strong Oracle expertise, and master data management supporting data-driven decision-making.
- At least 6 years of experience in supply chain ERP, including hands-on work with recipe management, warehouse management, and sustainability/waste management systems.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience driving transformational change, technology optimization, and coaching emerging leaders, alongside implementing multi-year digital transformation roadmaps.
- Proven expertise in system engineering and building cloud-native applications, with deep knowledge of core corporate platforms across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
