The Job:

Step into Lago, a culinary gem inspired by centuries of vibrant traditions and home to Chef Julian Serrano’s reimagined dining experience. As a Busperson, you will be essential in maintaining the restaurant's pristine environment, ensuring the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations meet our high standards for cleanliness and organization.

• THE STARTING RATE: $14.2737 hourly + tips
• THE DAY-TO-DAY:
• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner in a similar restaurant environment
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
