Job Description:

  • Applies knowledge of one or more business areas/domains to plan, monitor, drive programs/projects tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of the organization's processes, resources, and possibly operational areas, including people operations.
  • Manages cross-functional projects or programs (group of projects) from start to end with considerable business impact across multiple organizations.
  • Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops a comprehensive schedule while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
  • Partners with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.
  • Collaborates with project and/or program team to define requirements, perform feasibility analysis, and impact assessment.
  • Monitors project and/or program's progress, resolves dependencies, evaluates risks, and communicates status to leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Sets and tracks project and/or program milestones, accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

Qualifications:

[Job Scope] 1. Management and Review of Ongoing Programs - Overall management of programs Intel is carrying out with the government and local authorities (Ministry of Employment and Labor, Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Chamber of Commerce, Office of Education, etc.) - Check the progress of each program, and analyze effectiveness and outcomes - Decide whether to continue, expand, or terminate the programs 2. Refinement of the "Ingenius" Program with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups - Collaborate with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and related agencies to design detailed programs - Identify opportunities to align government policy directions with Intel's business strategy - Develop and propose specifics on program structure, support methods, and expected outcomes 3. External Communication and Collaboration Coordination - Share and align program direction through regular meetings with government agencies and related organizations - Effectively communicate Intel's vision and business strategy to enhance mutual understanding - Ensure alignment between business objectives and program goals 4. Identification of New Collaboration Opportunities - Monitor government and local government announcements, policy directions, and support projects to explore potential collaborations - Identify and plan new program opportunities that can be linked with Intel's business - Expand networks with relevant institutions and partner companies to create collaboration opportunities [Minimum Qualifications] - Ability to use business English
