ESG Sr. Data Analyst

Conservice is seeking an ESG Sr. Data Analyst to join our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) services team. Conservice provides an intelligent, comprehensive, and intuitive platform for ESG data management for real estate clients. We help organizations develop and implement ESG initiatives that provide an imperative to attract and retain capital, accelerate sustainable and responsible growth, and mitigate enterprise risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the processes for onboarding client data to Conservice’s ESG data platform and enabling clients’ effective use of the platform
• Provide regular progress updates on ESG data collection, management and quality assessment
• Collaborate with customers to resolve data issues, including utility consumption data and property characteristics
• Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
• Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills and partnership building
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they understand project status, undertake their role in data-related activities and ask any questions
• Partner with ESG Consultants to deliver contracted services, conduct project management and propose potential changes to scope
• Work with Conservice’s internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth

• ESG Knowledge: Ideally, have working knowledge of completing GRESB submissions, conducting GHG inventories, managing materiality assessments, and other ESG activities within the commercial real estate sector
• Software: Experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Asana and Google Suite is preferred
