AD Engineer

As an Active Directory Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain our Active Directory Environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our Active Directory. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing performance, enhancing security, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and executing Active Directory related projects, ensuring scalability, security and reliability to support business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assessing and analyzing our existing Active Directory Environment including Entra-ID.
• Designing and implementing scalable and reliable Active Directory based solutions.
• Monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of Active Directory to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Ensure that our Active Directory Environment is compliant with Industry Best Practices and with Company Policies.
• Working with Lifecycle Management activities for Active Directory.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning.
• Collaboration and Communication.

Competencies & Skills:

• A deep understanding of Networking, Virtualization, Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, IIS, Exchange (OnPrem), Office365, Entra-ID, PKI, PowerShell scripting and Automation.
• Problem Solving, capable of diagnosing complex issues and providing effective solutions. You should have a systematic approach to troubleshooting, the ability to analyze data and logs, and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure to minimize downtime and maintain system availability.
• Security Mindset, you should be knowledgeable about security best practices, possess experience in implementing security measures, and be proactive in identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities across the infrastructure.

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with banking or other strongly secured infrastructures
• Minimum of 5 years working with infrastructure components.
• Bachelor in Technology or IT, experience from IT operations and / or IT infrastructure.
• Certification on relevant technologies
• Knowledge of data privacy laws
